   - Following storage and feeding instructions
   - We are not liable for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
   
   
7. FEEDING & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
   Our products are formulated to meet recognised nutritional guidelines for dogs and cats.
   However:
   - Results may vary between pets
   - We do not guarantee specific health outcomes
   - Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
   - Consult a veterinarian for pets with medical conditions.
   
   
8.  ⁠RETURNS & REFUNDS
   - Due to the nature of perishable goods:
   - Returns and exchanges are not accepted
   - Refunds may be considered only if:
   - The wrong product was delivered, or
   - The product was defective upon arrival
   - Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos and order details.
