REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Licks & Bites

Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. ⁠PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
    Licks & Bites products are fresh cooked and perishable pet food.
    For hygiene and safety reasons:
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted once products have been delivered or collected.


  2. ⁠ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES
    Refunds may be considered only if:
    - You received the wrong product, or
    - The product was damaged or defective upon delivery

    Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, together with:
    - Clear photos of the product
    - Order number
    - Brief description of the issue

    Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


  3. ⁠NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
    Refunds will not be provided for:
    - Change of mind
    - Pet refusal to eat
    - Incorrect storage or handling after delivery
    - Delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
    - Products that have been opened, thawed, or consumed


  4. ⁠APPROVED REFUNDS
    If a refund is approved:
    - It will be processed via the original payment method used on EasyStore
    - Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank
    - Store credit may be offered at our discretion.


  5. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
    Customers are responsible for:
    - Ensuring someone is available to receive chilled or frozen items
    - Proper storage immediately upon receipt

    We are not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or improper handling after delivery.


  6. ⁠SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
    For subscription or recurring orders:
    - Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing or fulfilment cycle
    - Orders already processed cannot be refunded
    - Subscription details will be clearly stated at checkout.
